BOOKING Here is our outline of our
booking process as well as online booking below.
48hr HOLD it: ...have dates in mind and want our cabin?
Enter your info below in the required fields and we will hold your dates for 48hours while you get your work out any final
detailswith yourgroup. If you want to book it in that time frame then just return and enter your information below and
we will begin the process. We will confirm your hold by email in case someone else already held those dates.
BOOKED dates: Once you send us all
of your booking inforation we will either be in touch by phone or if youd like, email, and thenyou are in the system. The
following happen;you will receive:
WELCOME
email- gets you started, you will get this the day you book after booking info is received.
CONTRACT email- has contracts attached, Contract requires signatures
and to be sent back in; payment arrangements are then processed..
CONFIRMATION email- a receipt and confirmation; with a
"policies at a glance' page for your group members for easy reference.
Snowmobiliers/ ATV email: the whole enchilada of info.
DIRECTIONS and INFO email- comes 10 days before occupancy, the same day that
we drop keys, gate openers and ATV passes in the mail with a self addressed and stamped envelop. This email has all of the
nuts and bolts info. We process the Damage Deposit HOLD of usually $600 reserved on the card you booked with until we get
reports and keys back. If damage is reported we ask you how you want to take care of it and release the hold once all
is settled up.
You go up to the cabin, have a great time
with your family and then, on your way out, you drop keys etc. into the provided stamped envelop and stick it in the mail
slot where it takes 36 hrs to make it back to us.
THANKS
email- Sent after you stay; we wait for your keys and envelop to arrive. In this time the cleaning company
sends us an inventory and cleaning report.
DEPOSIT
REFUND email- We send this after we get your envelop back and a clean report from our cleaning company. We release
fund and that's a wrap!
VIPs: Be recommended
by our cleaners and if everything works out you shall be invited into the VIP circle; get bennies and perks for your next
visit.
COSTS: We can give
you an exact price once we have the required info below; Out average nightly amount is $295, thereare upgrades, tax and cleaning
as you may see on our "Schedule Rates and Info" page. That is pretty comprehensive for groups 20 and under.
Our average group sizes are 15 to 22.
REQUIRED
INFO: So some of the basics we need you to know: Read our "Policies " page, it has a basic
outline; we are a family cabin; corporate and church groups are welcome, beer parties need to find a different place.
You will need to bring your own firewood if you want to use an indoor fire for ambiance; you need 4x4 usually
October to April. Read our amenities page for the full rundown of entertainment, bedding and such. See the Cabin Photos
page for the layout and photos. If you are bringing ATVs or machines read the pages about them as well. We try
to give you the whole batch of info here so you know everything possible about the cabin before you come, if you read
the Guest Book page those are accounts from out guests. We work hard for a great experience for you and your family
